KM Works Consulting, Inc. is a firm focused on delivering information privacy, organizational improvement and technology value to Government, Business and Non-profit clients.

KM Works Consulting provides services ranging from long term project management to lunch-time seminars. Typically, the firm will identify specific goals and work with clients to achieve that goal within a limited time frame, even if that time frame is a single day.

Tom Eldering, the founder of KM Works, is a former Officer in the United Nations and one time manager for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP where he worked with Fortune 500 clients, Small Businesses, Government and Non-Profit organizations. As an expert witness in information privacy he has testified in Federal Court, and has had the pleasure to work for such prestigious clients as The White House, The Bosnia War Crimes Tribunal, The FBI Freeman Task Force, Sandias National Laboratory and The Exxon Valdez Archives.

As part of his efforts to ensure the use of privacy practices in industry Tom has testified before the New York State Legislature on data privacy issues. He has had articles published in the National Law Journal and New York Law Journal and Law Technology Product News and he has appeared on multiple news programs discussing technology vulnerabilities.

The facilitation of strategic retreats and conducting of organizational assessments, executive briefings, project focus groups and departmental brainstorming sessions number among his activities.
